Our Contact Form requires that you accept that your data will be temporarily stored, in order for us to attend to your message.
Your Name, Email Address, and contents of your message are emailed directly to our National Secretary via his AOL account. None of your details are stored on the website or in any other database. The Secretary will, at his discretion, use the data contained in that message to reply or otherwise expedite your request. Your contact details may be retained by the Secretary if required for further communication or if required by law.
Your details can be removed at any time by contacting the Secretary.
Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser. They can record your Internet Service Provider name and IP address, date and time of website visits and basic hardware details such as screen size, operating system etc. The cookies used on this website do not collect any personal information and are used solely to monitor website visits, popular pages, and to ensure the website is accessible by the maximum amount of visitors.

Club Membership data is held on the website for as long as membership is valid. Your data can be corrected or deleted at any time by requesting same via the Secretary.

If you have membership, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
Your Contact Information (as a Club Member) may be published in our Club Directory which is viewable by anyone with internet access.
If your personal Contact Information is held only by the Secretary for private use, you can request a copy of any information held or ask that it be deleted at any time
How we protect your data
Data published on the website is publically visible, but cannot be altered without authorisation and accessed by our website host.
Details held by the Secretary (email addresses) are password protected online, and also any sensitive documents stored on personal computers are password protected.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Data other than what is already publically available is not stored on the website. Any ‘data breach’ of the website (i.e hacked) is unlikely as it is securely protected by the latest technologies, and could be restored immediately from our backup systems.
